By using drplantas.com you agree to these terms. We kept them short on purpose: if anything is unclear, message us and we will explain.

1. Who we are

Dr. Plantas is a plant nursery and plant clinic in the Dominican Republic, operated by [LEGAL NAME].

2. Advice in our plant guides

Our plant guides are general advice: every plant, home and climate is different, and we cannot guarantee results. For a specific problem, consult our plant clinic.

When we say a plant is toxic, we rely on the information available. If a pet or a person eats a plant and feels unwell, see a vet or a doctor right away; do not wait for our reply.

3. Free sign-up

  • Signing up is free and has no password. We only ask for your name and WhatsApp number.
  • Use a number that belongs to you. Do not sign up other people without their permission.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
  • We may delete fake sign-ups or sign-ups made to abuse the service.

4. Shop, courses and clinic

When the shop and courses open, they will have their own terms (prices, payments, delivery and returns), which you will see before paying.

5. Website content

The text, photos, logo and the Dr. Plantas name belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share a link to any plant guide, but you may not copy the content to publish or sell it as your own without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit fake data, bots or attacks, or to try to access areas you are not allowed to.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the website working and the information accurate, but errors or outages may happen. To the extent permitted by law, Dr. Plantas is not liable for damages caused by using, or being unable to use, the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Before making any claim, please message us: most things can be solved with a conversation.
