Data deletion

You can ask us to delete all your data at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. This includes your website sign-up and the data from any conversations you had with us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

How to request it

  1. Message us on WhatsApp ([WHATSAPP]) with the words DELETE MY DATA, or send an email to [EMAIL] with that subject.
  2. Include the WhatsApp number you signed up with and, if you messaged us on Instagram, your Instagram username.
  3. If you ask by email, we may message you on WhatsApp to confirm the number is yours. This way nobody can delete someone else’s data.

What we delete

  • Your sign-up: name, number, language and consents.
  • The messages, photos and consultation data we store in our systems.
  • Your number from our WhatsApp lists.

We only keep what the law requires, such as purchase invoices, for as long as the law requires.

When

We delete your data within 30 days and confirm it through the same channel you used to ask.

Data kept by WhatsApp and Instagram

Conversations are also stored in Meta’s apps (WhatsApp and Instagram), which handle them under their own policies. You can delete those chats from your app.
